2023 International Council of Visual Arts Awards
2023 ICVA Awards, the sixth International Council of Visual Arts Awards, ICVA Awards are set up for reform the future visual arts field, facilitate the establishment of a significant international conversation, re-position visual arts, meet the demand in the visual arts field, extend the international meaning of visual arts, direct the better practice and extension of visual arts in the new media age, seek for artistic talents, and display their works and honors in a careful and respectful way.
Now we are collecting the works of the professionals, students and amateurs in the visual arts field all over the world.

Awards Setting
Deadline: 23 July, 2023
Award announcement: 2 August, 2023
Certificate mailing: 10 August, 2023
1) Competitors may choose to take part as an individual or as a team and shall submit no more than 5 pieces of works.
2) Format: JPG, A4, 300DPI, RGB ,Irregular size shall be bigger than 210*297mm and video clips shall be no bigger than 100M.
3) Each piece of works shall contain at most 1 to 10 digital images, each no bigger than 2MB.
4) Download Entry Form and fill in relevant information, send them together with the works to the desingated e-mail. Participants in Asian region send toicva@foxmail.com, participants from other regions send the e-mails to icvacc@outlook.com .
5) Language: English /Chinese, competitors from the Asian region and chinese need to submit all files in Chinese language.
6) Important reminder: Award certificate will be mailed on Aug. 10, 2023, teachers and students, please fill the recipient address under the concrete time on vacation. Award list will be issued on the information bar, in the left of our website home page, please note the email notification.
Entry Fees
$14/piece for students; $26/piece for professionals. Works series will be counted as one piece. International Council of Visual Arts members will have a 50% discount. (We use Dollar as the currency unit for the foresaid fees.)

ICVA reserves the right to publish and distribute the works of our members, including in public places and art galleries, and the right of using works to get open access in museum and museum galleries.

视觉艺术开启了人类社会在认知体系、价值建构上的巨大变革和推动，深刻地改变我们对意义的叠加，视觉艺术已经从过去单一的可视角色转换到当下各领域中弥漫延伸。2023 ICVA Awards，暨第六届国际视觉艺术理事会奖，为视觉艺术领域未来改革与整合建立一个有意义的国际间对话，重置视觉艺术，迎合并拓展国际领域需求，指导提高视觉艺术在新媒体时代下的实践与延展，挖掘优秀艺术人才，重视和尊重的为其展现作品与荣誉。
现面向全球视觉艺术领域的专业人士、院校学生及爱好者征集作品。

奖项设置
理事会奖分别设置金奖、银奖、铜奖、优秀奖及入围奖，其中院校学生组会产生优秀指导教师奖及优秀组织奖，入围获奖者由国际视觉艺术理事会奖组委会颁发纸质获奖证书，获奖作品择优在官方主页艺术眼画廊中展出。无获奖、无入围参赛者将根据参赛类别通过电子邮件颁发画艺奖、创艺奖、筑艺奖、造艺奖、匠艺奖、渲艺奖等电子档参与证书。（获奖者将具备加入国际视觉艺术理事会，入围作品作为入会的条件之一。）
提交指南
提交截止日期：2023年7月23日
获奖公布日期：2023年8月2日
证书邮寄日期：2023年8月10日
1）个人及团体可按意愿参与不同类别，提交作品数量不得超过5 件；
2）作品格式：JPG，A4，300DPI，RGB，不规则尺寸应大于210*297mm，视频短片不得超过100M；
3）提交的每份作品应包含不少于1至10 张数字图像，每张图片不得超过2MB；
4）下载参赛表格填写相关信息，请用RAR或ZIP软件压缩包提交，亚洲地区参赛者发送至icva@foxmail.com，其它地区参赛者发送至icvacc@outlook.com ；
5）语言：英文/中文，亚洲地区及华人参赛者表格请选择中文书写提交所有资料，参赛表格中“作品名称”一处需对应填写中文及英文；
6）重要提醒：获奖证书于2023年8月10日邮寄发出，各地区院校师生请根据假期具体时间填写收件人地址，获奖名单将在官网首页左侧信息栏公布，请留意邮件通知！
参赛费用
专业组150元/件，学生组80元/件，系列作品按一件作品计算，ICVA会员参加本届赛事评审费减半。
